CU TOU for alphas, elements, overlays, embellishments and other designs created by CaysCreation Designs.

You MAY use my creations to make your own products for resale providing that my designs do not compose more than 40% of your final product.

You MAY NOT resell or redistribute any of my creations ?as is?. They must be incorporated into your own layout design and not compose more than 40% of your total product.
You MAY NOT resell, distribute or post (on forums/blogs/websites) any of my designs in their original file format (native Photoshop, Illustrator, or .png). They have to be flattened, part of a layout design and not compose more than 40% of your total product.
You MAY NOT use any of my creations in templates or to make brushes or patterns.
You MAY NOT use any of my creations for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
